Amazing staff that always go the extra mile to ensure you're well looked after. Hands down one of the most beautiful COS stores i've seen in my travels. Great price, spectacular service, would recommend A+ to friends and family!

Great style of clothes but not a whole lot of new stuff coming in and never any sales. They mostly rearrange old stuff around the store so it looks new. Also if you invest in some air conditioning in the fitting rooms I'm certain you'll increase your sales.

This was my second time coming to COS in Martin place and I had the lovely pleasure of meeting a sale representative named Mo. I came in at around 10am and told Mo I was looking for a comfortable dress and he showed me one that I fell in love with right away, will definitely be coming back since I felt welcomed, the store was very clean and the layout wasn’t hard to navigate!

I couldn’t love this store more. Very wide international range, and the stylists are so helpful. Beautiful marble heritage building and gender neutral change rooms are a plus. Quality is unrivalled. Fantastic shopping experience

Sam is amazing and was very professional and attentive to customer inquiries. I did buy an item because it came in a long sleeve top. Good material for summer months it’s not too thick and not too see through either. It looked like it was made just for me! Thank you and I will come again.

Super happy about service mind. I went to check out quilted bag but unfortunately it sold out. However she tried to check another branch for me. I just cannot skip to cheer up to staff the one whose did nice service mind. Thank you so much for lovely customer service mind.

Love this brand soooo much. Simple and Comfy. The basic Tees are made of organic cotton. And the style is always simple. Cos fits my tastes really much. This store is big and clean. Everyone is required to wear a mask during COVID period. Nice enviroment and enjoy the shopping time here. One thing needs to be improved is that the fitting room is a bit not enough.
